no overclock and so I guess I am going to pull the Stinger V8 waterblock again and reseat it , Iam almost tempted to just say screw it and pull it all and frop my z77 with my old i5 at least if I want to I can easily OC that to 4 , I mean I am only downloading and surfing playing a couple of games , I used my other 2 p for folding since it heats up my room perfectly with my windows wide open lol

I have always felt that if major work i required, a major upgrade should be involved, if for no other reason to make it fun to do. Spent a lot of money that way.

today after my run I decided to switch out my Gigabyte Sabertooth 990 FX ,Phenom II X6 1100T be, for my Asrock z77 extreme 3 and i5 2500k, then OC that easily to 4.3 and the temps are 34c oh and I am only running a single fan on the 240 rad lol I am currious of how much the temperatures are going to drop after I install the othr fan I didn't even format and reinstall my OS which I usually do but there doesn't seem to be any issues, I am just wondering about the chipset for this intel not sure where to find the proper ones, I went to the Asrock site but not sure what I need there

Pull out the multi and check your volts. Don't trust your bios. Also, check for possible leaks. A vary small leak could do exactly what you desribe. You might also want to check your mounting hardware to make sure it's not the issue.
