The rad does not leak anymore, but for 40$ i dunno haha, hopefully it was dont right and i wont have anymore trouble... Lesson learned, dont use 2" 6/32 bolts Off to home hardware for proper botls :P And a tap, because the hole is ******

Don't feel too bad, you're not the first and won't be the last to puncture a rad this way. It's such a common mistake that I made special mention of it in one of my build logs. If you want an excuse to pick up yet another tool.... some wire strippers also have built in screw cutters (screw threads into the strippers for cutting to length) which allows you to buy one size screw and then cut to size if required.

And yeah, $40 might sound like a lot, but it's a minimum 1 hr work and I suspect it might actually have taken longer than that.
