Does anyone own the Maelstrom res I'm considering? If so can an LED be mounted in the res? Since I'm just considering the use of distilled water the glow of an LED for the res is something I would like to have to keep with the blue theme.

Heh... no problem. It's not like they made it easy to find. That's quite the wall of text/info they've got going on over there. :)

Got another question. I was looking at other low FPI rads and I came across this:Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper Triple 120mm Radiator - FrozenCPU.com
Has anyone had any experence with UT60 rad's from Alphacool?
Reviews seem to show similar performance compared to the Black Ice SR-1 and the XSPC RX360.

UT60 is considered among the very best radiators out there.

add to your list silver tape or silver wire to kill algae and biological in your loop, important fore distilled water.

Or use a few silver fittings in the loop.

Would 4 silver fittings be enough?. 2 on the Res and 2 on the Rad(s) and do you have any examples of compression's that are truly silver plated? I see a lot of chrome plated ones that have silver in brackets but they don't say on the spec list if they are truly silver plated or not. Also I've decided to use dedicated water cooling solution instead of just pure distilled water so I can have an easier time in seeing how much fluid is left in the res (the one I ordered has coolant level monitor). Haven't decided which coolant brand to buy so I'm open to suggestions.

Seems hard to find true sliver plated fittings for my tubing size so I've decided to just buy 2 .999 sliver G 1/4 plugs and use them on the extra 2 inlets on my Maelstrom bay res.

Also I've heard around about using sliver coils contributes to corrosion on nickel plated products, is that true? The EK blocks for my 680's are nickel plated IIRC and if the following below is true sliver coils will void the warranty on my EK blocks

Please, note that use of Silver Coil voids warranty for Koolance and EK Waterblcoks products.
