Mayhem Dye with Fesser cooling fluid (Dazmode protector)

So as title says I purchased the two without thinking about whether it will pose a problem to use Dazmode protector with Mayhem's clear / UV blue dye.

If anyone knows (or is using) the combination please let me know :)

I am to guess that it will be a problem. Dyes tend to breakdown when the pH of the water is too low/high. Adding other chemicals to the loop will definitely affect it. The safest thing to do would be to use a piece of silver as a biocide.

Hmm, just noticed you said clear dye. Can a clear 'dye' actually breakdown? I would still suggest avoid mixing the two.

Same thing happened to me when I mixed PTNuke (copper sulphate) and Mayhems red.

Seems organic coloring does not play well with industrial chemicals. Thank you for sharing.
