Here's some pics of the unit for the skeptics. I'm not trying to bash Coolit. I had a great experience with the product until it blew. My intent was just to find out if others had any lessons learnt from Coolit's RMA process.

It took me a few minutes to figure out where the HORRIBLE stink was coming from... Then I saw the puddle on my desk. Coolant was dripping from the mounting screws on to the GPU. I had a game paused at the time, so it really cooked.

I had a fitment issue(the tab at the top of the rad interfered with the case so the mounting holes wouldn't line up) and had to install the unit with the lines at the top.

How was it mounted? Tubes at the top or bottom?
