Default Swiftech Lock-Seal Fittings

Swiftech - Lok-Seal

Compression fittings always made me nervous because they were meant to be tool-less. I was thinking of using these for my next build. Does anyone have any first hand experience with these? Good reviews are no where to be found.

Tool-less for a reason you do NOT want to over tighten a fitting . I have used compression fittings for at least 6 years and never had a issue (that wasn't self inflicted ) .

I personally have only used the sli connectors from swiftech and they work good and look good,

I've had elbows leak, but never a compression fitting. The Lok-Seals are designed to be tool tightened without making marks. I hand tighten my compression fittings, then go another 1/4 turn using a rag and pliers.

I haven't used the actual Lock-Seal compressions but I have their rotaries and some SLI connections. They seem like rather high quality fittings, especially for the price.
