best auto fan controlling system

Hi guys/girls I have been trying to find other fan controllers that fit my needs. I currently have a x58 set up running on water, but running my fans on low does not not allow me the temps to overclock to my liking and on high its to loud. So I am in the hunt for a fan controller but I would like to get one that raises and lowers my fans or even turns them off it not needed depending on the temps. I looked at the Aquacomputing Aquaero 5 but I am curious if there are any others out there.

My set up

2x Rx240 rads
(1 rad with push pull with ap-15, other rad with a pair of ap15, then one ap15 for another intake in the back.)
2x mcp355
would like a flow meter and water temp sensor as well.
case is an old cosmos 1000( so no nobs due to door on case front panel)

As always any help would be amazing. thanks

I wouldn't even consider anything besides the Aquaero. You could get away w/ an LT (w/ heatsink) as long as you aren't going to try to control your pumps. You would likely need to watercool the Aqauero if you plan on doing that.
