Fan Question

Hey guys what would be the best fan for pulling air through a rad? Reason I ask Is i have a xspc rad mounted in the top of my case (240mm) and the fans have to be mounted so that they pull air through it from inside the case and out the top.
Case is a corsair 600T white btw

Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850 rpm is a good fan.

So I've got the fans (great product) and they are great, move a lot of air etc but I have another question. Running a 990fx Ud5 mobo and running the fans off of that at 100% yet cpu HWmonitor says they are running at 1750 instead of the rated 1850. Does the extra 100rpm really matter or are they too much for a mobo to run?
