raystorm/ek supreme hf/ dandger den d6 as cpu block
radiator - only slimmer rads fit in the cosmos 2 so I'd go for an EX 360 and an EX 240 from XSPC
pump- swiftech mcp35x x2 or 2x d5 whichever u prefer
reservoir - tube - bitspower or ek front panel - Koolance
fittings - bitspower or monsoon, monsoon i think look better but feel cheap to me
gpu block - doesnt really matter, most companys are equal but ek or koolance are always good choice
tubing - primochill primoflex

My System Specs

Default

Block: EK supreme hf/koolance 370
Rad: EX350+EX240
Reservoir: Koolance dual bay for 2x d5 (serial or parallel!)
pump: 2x vario d5
fittings: bitspower/koolance/TFC.
GPU Blocks: EK with bridge accessory (makes it look badass and adds rigidity)
Tubing: Primochill Primoflex
Controller: Koolance TMS-205 with TMS-EB205 daughterboard with (sold extra) temperature probes and flow meters.
24V Controller for vario d5: Koolance CTR-SPD24X2 Dual 24V Pump Controller

Only like 1200 bucks... lol

EDIT: Fans! (derp) Monson gentle typhoons 1850rpm with fan controller
