It isn't all that great of a board currently. All E5 Xeons currently have no working blck straps. So you are going to only get a 3-5% overclock by increasing your bclk and that is it. Unless Intel offers an overclockable version of the Sandy Bridge-EP or w/ Ivy Bridge-EP, then I'll pass on this (and the Asus Z9PE-D8 WS). An SR-2 w/ a pair of good clocking hexacores is a better choice still unfortunately.

Or better yet a 4p Magny-Cours rig if you want it for folding.

Not at the moment. It will be exactly like the E5 Xeon ES I have. 3GHz stock 3.2GHz turbo. I can go up to 32x mult. I can clock my blck to 103% for a total of 3.3GHz.

Maybe in the future there will be multiplier and bclk ratio LGA2011 Xeons available. But for now it really ain't worth two cents IMO.
