Best Paint to use to paint a RAD and components?

Wifes building a super awesome low cost gaming tower but she has one thing for her water cooling setup...
it all has to be white and blue.

Any one know of a good paint for rads or other components ?

When I paint radiators at work, we have a special radiator enamel paint. I am sure any industrial enamel would work though. Just got easy on the paint. You could always send me the rad, just pay shipping. I'll clean it and paint it.

DupliColor paint works fairly well also and comes in a nice variety of colours. Used it before on a car rad(which would be similar to a comp rad) which turned out pretty good.
