Advice

have water cooling now, but expanding. Ordered some parts and would like some suggestions for the new loop.

I have:

1x CPU block
1x GPU block
1x Motherboard block
2x 120.2 Rads
1x dual 5.25 bay pump/res combo

All 3/8 fittings and tubing.

Suggestions welcome, maybe I am missing something important, very new to water cooling. Using distilled water.

Silver killcoil or additives to prevent algae growth.

Just curious, why did you go for 3/8" and not 1/2"?

Maybe 3/8 x 5/8 over 1/2 barbs? Thats my preferred method. Just spent $600 on Bitspower fittings.... Barbs are a lot cheaper.

1/2" provides no benefit. Actually 3/8" is better due to its bend radius.

I think 7/16" - 5/8" is also good.

well thanks guys but was looking for looo advice lol. Is it better to split the loop to each rad then to the water blocks or rad block rad block ect..

Also I like my fitting and tubing size for bend but also it doesn't engulf the whole case, I can still see in there lol

This is what I use and you can get a nice tight system with it, bends like a dream but keeps good flow

Do you need clamps of any sort if you fit that over 1/2 inch barb?
