Default Water Additive

Hey guys... i'll be adding a GPU WB soon so i'll be changing all my tubing soon at the same time

now i have Thermaltake Water Coolant the Green stuff... but i'd like just plain White or another color than green so i found this

DazMode Protector Dazmode Protector [DAZMODE PROTECTOR] - $6.99 : DazMode, The Best Canadian PC Watercooling and Modding Store!

so i mix that with just the normal distilled water we buy at Canadian tire and im good for cooling my pc ?

Yup, just mix it with 2L of distilled water and you're set.

It's definitely more difficult as I was recently running straight distilled (temporarily). However if you hold a flashlight up to it, you can somewhat see things if there's still some bubbles in the loop. I never fully bled it so I'm not sure how it would be without bubbles.

That's a pretty neutral colour scheme you currently have, so any colour would go fine with it IMO. Pick your favourite colour?

I run distilled in my setup, its not too hard to see even with colored tubing. If your burping the system I highly suggest a little 99 cent led flashlight, stick it behind the tubing and let the light shine through the tubing to check for air pockets, I find this very effective.

Also i've never been able to get the microscopic bubbles out so you always see those ones right around the outlet of the pump. And if you have a clear res you will see it bubbling away as well.

I had considered it quite some time ago, but never tried it. From what I remember reading, it was more of a dark purple than a black. Not sure if they've corrected that now or not.

I thought i saw something a while back where people's blocks got all gunked up with that pre-mixed stuff. Personally I've always liked distilled with some swiftech HydrX (NCIX) and never saw any corrosion or gunk with that stuff.
