That's what I use for color, food coloring and distilled water. No issues at all

You can also get Copper Sulphate from the drug store (behind the counter, ask the pharmacist), which is the same stuff that's used in PT Nuke. AFAIK you can only get it in 500g of powdered form which is WAY WAY more than you'll ever need but it's only $5... if questioned just say it's for your swimming pool. This is what I have, however I haven't worked out the mix ratio yet.

Wow That gives me the chills you were actually able to bench it like that? OMGOZERS

I would not recommend putting food coloring in your loops as it has no performance gains and it will deteriate the coolant faster. And anyways just imgaine this gunk build up with flakky unwanted skin in your tubing in the next couple months =X

Well, it's not as good as it looked on paper.... But I am still happy with the results.

I apologize for necroing this thread. I've built a lot of WC rigs and only ever had one problem with leaks and sediment in the cooling lines. A friend of mine had me build him a WC rig for his pc and then he put a small amount of plumbing antifreeze in his loop instead of automotive antifreeze. Around three weeks later I recieved a call form him telling me how the plastic barbs/joints on his waterblock eroded and leaked fluid destroying his PC.

My System Specs

Default Coolant

Myself I'm just over 2 years on my Feser One coolant and so far it seems ok except I had to add some twice and it's a lot less UV-reactive now.No way for me to know if it's less effective at cooling since I have upgraded Motherboard and CPU a little while back and the older systems temps can't be used for comparison. If I ever change it I will do a before and after, until then I won't mess with it...
