That's 6/32, so you're fine :)

You can just go to your local home improvement store and get 6/32 screws no problem. I think it's 1-1/4" length that you'd want for 25mm fans.

It's funny how Canada uses the metric system and yet it's damn near impossible to find metric screws in the major chain stores.

I'm assuming that they're long enough to fit either a fan guard over the fan, or to mount to the side of a case?

Yes you'll be able to fit a grill or mount it to a case w/ those.

1-1/4" length okay, and that reminds me, does that include a fan guard or case mount space? I don't know how much space there is before you puncture your rad, is there a couple mm margin to work with or is it really super easy to go too far

1-1/4" would be under the assumption of a case or fan grill along with the fan. If it's just the fan only, it'll likely hit the rad.

However, it depends on how the rad is constructed, just keep an eye on things while you're screwing in the fan. For example, one side of my HWLabs SR-1 has about 1cm between the outer mounting holes and the actual radiator surface.
