My System Specs

Default Rear Radiator /w LGA2011 board

Are there clearance issues with running a single 120 or 140 rear radiator with the new RAM layout for LGA2011 motherboards?

Not sure anyone can answer that without knowing which case and which board.

one could always get the h100 and top mount it in an appropriate case and potentially avoid any such issues at the rear exhaust area,

There's a level of standardization in respect to the rear exhaust being situated above/beside (pending the orientation as you look at it) the IO ports. With very few exceptions. If the RAM is too tall or the slots too close to the IO, there won't be enough clearance for the rad. The distance from IO first RAM slot would be a great stat to include in all LGA2011 board reviews, or even from manufacturer... heh.

Actually it's if I were to add an additional Radiator to my loop in that spot, and the consequences if I went LGA2011 at a later date.
