Fell in love with the Lian-li 350B, but is watercooling do-able?

Having just recently read some reviews on that Lian-Li v350B, I'm really digging it. I know it's not *ideal*, but it's hot! (in a good way).

Here's the hardware going into said case:

=> Asus p5e-vm-hdmi mobo
=> C2D E8400 cpu
=> 4gb of 6400 ram
=> Gainward Golden Sample 8800Gt 1gb OC (will this fit?)
=> 2x 250Gb HDD
=> DVDRW
=> Fan speed controller

I have the Swiftech H20-220 compact kit. I have seen someone mount the radiator where the fans normally sit, and then the fans mounted on the back of that. I'm just worried about motherboard clearance.

Other ideas?

Also, video card cooling is a priority of mine. Intake, specifically. The gainward cooler does not exhaust out of the case, so I'm relying on the v350b's HDD fan to take care of that for me. Could I get one of those PCI exhaust fans and reverse it to act as intake? Again, out of ideas. I could dremel out a fan mount on the side panel, and fill it with some modder's mesh, but that would spoil the look of the case massively.
