The hose was adjusted after I took that pic, it is snug on the barb now (it is also clamped so there is no way the hose is coming off, the only way it is going to leak is from a stress crack but the tubing seems too soft for that to happen).
Hmm, I am not sure if I can mount the radiator the other way as the rad is larger than my case and it will end up blocking all my inputs. I still have one 5870 on air that will be exhausting out the back too whereas my CPU is idle 99% of the time and generates much less heat than what that 5870 will be pumping out.
I think I understand what you are saying though about the air trap, it took a long time to bleed out all the air bubbles after I primed the pump. Most of it is out now though.
