Default 240mm rad enough for CPU?

My slim Swiftech 120mm rad is cooling an i5 and a GTX570 (both stock) without breaking a sweat, you'll be fine.

Edit : 570 not 470

For a single CPU yes. Unless you are going to a balls to the walls overclock that is. If you add the GPU it will depend on what fans you use. GTX470 will add a lot of heat to the loop.

Yes it does for CPU only even with overclocked i7 90x, a 240mm rad can dissipate at least up to 300w of heat (depend on fan RPM).

360mm rad is a little bit overkill for CPU only. However, you have a lot of headroom left for add on the other compoments (mobo or GPU).

Might as well buy the 360 now instead of looking for one later or running multiple rads. ;)
