Question Connecting Multiple PWM Fans

I'm just starting to put together my water cooling setup (triple XSPC rad with 6 fans in a push/ pull configuration), and stopped to think a minute about connecting all the fans to my motherboard.
So here's my thoughts and question:

I want to connect up to 6 fans Cooler Master 120mm Long Life Case Fan, Blue LED at Memory Express Computers using these cables GELID PWM-Y Cable Adapter at Memory Express Computers According to the description; " Connect 2 PWM fans to your mainboard’s CPU socket. Use multiple Y cables to connect a series of up to 5 PWM fans and provide as much extra cooling as desired ", how do I find out if all these (connected) fans will actually work as their supposed to without blowing my motherboard?

It will work.

Im currently using this to control 3 Gelid PWM fans whenever the CPU hits 40C (via CPU pin out).

usually the fan connector is rated for a specific amperage, it should be mentioned in the manual

My System Specs

Default ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe

This is a direct quote from the manual for the motherboard listed above:

" CPU, chassis, and power fan connectors
(4-pin CPU_FAN; 3-pin CHA_FAN1; 3-pin CHA_FAN2; 3-pin PWR_FAN)

The fan connectors support cooling fans of 350mA-200mA (24 W max.)or a total of 1 A~7 A (84 W max.) at + 12V. "

So if I'm to interpret this correctly; then each fan attached to the fan connectors can be between 1 - 7 A each, for a combined total of 84 watts maximum.
Unfortunately, the manual doesn't state the maximum wattage permitted for just the PWR_FAN or CPU_FAN connectors.
The fans in question are rated @ .35 A or 4.2 watts (+/- 10%) each, so combining 3 on the CPU_FAN connector and 3 on the PWR_FAN connector, would be a total of 12.6 watts (+/- 10%).

wire in parralle not series i see your @ 100% of control cap 24watts

1 fan = 4watts x6 = 24

amps total of 6 fans = 2 amps over rated by 1.650 amps

I appreciate all answers (so far) received

What I'll probably end up doing; is connect 2 fans to the PWR_FAN connector, and 2 fans to the CPU_FAN connector, then 2 fans on one of the CHA_FAN connectors (either #1 or #2).
That way, I won't be overloading any of the fan connectors on the motherboard; with the rest of the case fans, I'll probably connect those using a molex connector (or 2).

So...my connecting 2 of the fans listed above (to the Gelid PWM Y cable); then to either the CPU or Power connector, will or will not work.

I'm just a simple (old) guy trying to make my PC a little bit happier and cooler
