I personally like the PrimoChill ice non-conductive. I also found it easy to bleed air out of the system with it.

If you are not mixing metals, there is nothing better than distilled + biocide, unless you are willing to pay 500 per oz for the 3m stuff.

Distilled water + a silver kill coil. Either an IandH one, or just go to a local jewlery store and ask for a .999 silver strip. I myself use six BitsPower True Silber Barbs (two on the radiator, two on the pump, and two on my 'T' block) and a kill coil.

You really don't need to worry abuot mixing metals unless you have alum and copper together. Copper and stainless steel don't react.

Here is the coil: Petra's Tech Shop

there isn't "performance" gain in using primochill fluid. it says non conductive but once you get enough on your PCB you are pretty much done for.
there's video petra uploaded on youtube testing those wc company non conductive fluid vs distilled water and the result was these non conductive fluid killed computer a lot faster than the distilled water did. something along the lines of 1 cup of non conductive fluid poured on to pcb vs 2 or 3 cups of distilled water
