That looks horrible. Sidenote; looks like TA rads are on the way out, and XSPC are on the way in @ ncix.

Um, yeah.. they've always had that problem. But you said it was a new line and ROHS compliant, so I didn't complain too much before you bought it.

I'd personally send it back, even still. But I flush with vinegar and water.. than put a bunch of isopropal alcohol and shake the living crap out of it.. then flush with more water.. then vinegar/water.. etc, etc.

I'd try to put another fan on your rad to, near the top.. so 2/3 will be push/pull at least.

All radiators will have flux gunk in them all of them. ThermoChill just seems to have more of it I've mentioned this before, and have had one myself. If you want a clean radiator - get it chemical bathed, and ultrasonic cleaned

yeah, everywhere i searched said it's ROHS compliant.
