Good job.

Jack Rabbit, why on top? easier to build the secondary stand that way, and if coffee spills on it I have issues as the setup will not be beside the desk (the tower will be but the rad, etc will be a bit from it). I do have a grill plate that will be on the top so unless it is something pretty heavy nothing should be doing damage to the fins on it.
I have more 2 reasons why a vertical rad would be better: it bleeds faster and your secondary box could much smaller too.

3.0Charlie, never thought of the bleeding being easier with a vertical rad. Right now its just a get things up and running thing and once I get more time, I will look at to making the stand so it mounts the rad vertically (as i can still hear air bubbles right now lol). So bleeing faster would be nice hah, also making a few valving setups to keep fluid in the system if parts fail and need changing would be a next addition also.
