mCubed T-Balancer miniNG

Any thoughts on using the mCubed T-Balancer miniNG to control a DDC3.25? It's the noisest component of my PC, so I want to tone it down a bit. However I'm not sure how much of a hit I should expect on temperatures...

Let's say I run it at 9V, and I have a HK 3.0 on the CPU, EK 5870 FC and HWLabs SR1-360. 45's on the CPU, quick-disconnects on the radiator, and XPSC Dualbay DDC res. Would that dip under 1GPM?

Alternatively, do you think my Lamptron FC6 could run it? I think it's rated at 20W, but I'd be concerned about the pump not starting up with low-voltage.
