Do you see problem here?
Hi guys! Need your small help.

I have somebody who got XSPC reservoir from me, but have a complain about it and asks for replacement. See picture.

Is that just me? I can't see the problem with it. Do you?

You know I stand 100% behind my store, but this bit puzzles me....http://www.dazmode.com/_image/Order890.jpg

Do I see it? No.

Does it leak?
Does it impact the performance of the pump?
Can it be seen from the front of the reservoir?

If no to all 3 questions, then it's strictly esthetic. It happens that acrylic walls are not bonded perpendicular to each other. I've seen it on other models too.

I can see it.

The reservoir is starting to narrow as it gets to the bottom.

Is he only complaining about the esthetics? Or is there a problem when mounting the pump?

I own one of these.

Let me check if mine does the same.

Just have to remove the face plate. BRB!:thumb:

Aprreciate it. I don't think replacement will do anything here. Glued products are not like machined parts.

My reservoir is straight, all angles are 90 degrees, however mine looks much better constructed than his, like it's all one piece.

In his picture it looks like they forced glued the middle part together to the bottom piece (I don't have this with mine). This is maybe why it isn't straight.

Bad apple of the bunch?

I can provide a picture if you'd like.

I'm sure they all the same now. How old is yours? Picture will be great.

Fairly recently, I'd say at the least a month old.

Just hold on a sec trying to get some good pics but its rather dark and I have a bad camera.

I checked brand new box and it is 1mm difference indeed. I seriously doubt you can really see that unless you told so. as you need caliper to figure that out.

Daz, I'd forward their complaint to XSPC and see what their response is. However, if it's an esthetic issue only, they are not likely to issue a replacement.

Alright here we are.
