I use a T line as a drain port. The leg of the T has a few bubbles. as soon as I kill the pump that air goes back into the system. I dont plan on ever turning it off so it should not be a big deal

The fluid is now stable; the bleeding process just took longer than before. Here is a picture of my loop. Keep in mind that I due have some air in the leg of the drain port. That should not matter too much as long as I don't turn off the pump for long periods.

ah top mount rad a bugger to bleed out air

best lay case on left side(mb bottom down) to get rid of trapped air .with rez upright

just run pump till air is bled then put back rez and case in position

Thanks for everyone who helped me. My rig is now up and running. I am still somewhat scared about the reservoir, but it seems to be not leaking atm. If the reservoir holds and does not leak, then the bottom was just not on tight enough. To ease my conscious, I am just going to buy a new reservoir different brand
