Haf 932 radiator placement?

Ok first time posting on the forums woo hoo. Anyways ordered some watercooling parts for my watercooling build on my haf 932 first watercooling loop. Need help with the radiator placement. I will be using a swiftech mcr 220 and a mcr 320 all in one loop with a swiftech 655 pump, the question is where to put the second 240mm radiator? I drew out a image in ms paint where I could stack the mcr220 on the outside on top of the 320 with fans in between of course, or put the mcr220 rad on the side panel which would be a bit more of a pain when opening the case. This is all suppose to cool a i7 930 at 4ghz and 2 x gtx 470's. I can't mod the bottom of the case for a 240mm radiator because my psu is too big anyways (corsair 1000w) and I don't like the radiators hanging off the case idea since i go to lan parties. So which one of these options would be better or if you have another option post it please lol.

1. Option 1 more heat for 240mm portion of the 320mm radiator because they will be stacked.
2. Option 2 more of a pain to open the side panel with a rad on it but it wouldn't interfere with fresh air coming into the 360mm radiator.

Should add air will always be blowing in (positive airflow in my cases) and I didn't include fans in the drawing lol so just imagine 3 in between the top of the case and rad, and 2 on top of the case on top of the outside 240mm rad. Help would be appreciated in deciding guys.

my suggestion is to scrap all your radiators. and put a PA120.3/XSPC RX 360/Feser X360 on top. Since the 470s will for sure block the placement of any radiator + fan on the side panel.

what you are planning to do puts way too much restriction both in the loop and airflow.

Ok not what i was thinking since i already bought the radiators a pa120.3 feser black ice etc... are way to expensive for a 6-15% increase in thermal cooling. The radiator on the side would be inside the case but the fans on the outside otherwise yes the gtx 470's would interact lol don't see how a 240 and 360 raditor are too much for a 5gpm pump? the airflow is positive which isn't restricting at all since it gets pushed out all out the back. I was told that even something like feser or thermochill 360 wouldn't be enough to cool a i7 930 oc and sli gtx 470? or it just wouldn't be that good.

Option 3. Hang the MCR220 off the back w/ one of those Swiftech rad holder things.

The side mount will work if you want it too...I managed to get it to fit in the HAF... My Pet Monster II worklog scroll down to see pics.

P.S. Just do NOT use the Primochill Typhoon III, there are better choices now available. Also, you need the right fittings so the side panel can close properly, measure everything carefully and it will work.

I was thinking the same thing downside is i would have to put the 2 120mm fans on the outside of the case (gtx 470's with waterblocks are a little wide) but at least the rad would be internall, i just don't like a whole radiator and fan assembly hanging off the back especially if im transporting. Looks like a good build btw ill check out the rest of it!

If it can fit the rad with fans on the inside with a pair of GTX 295's w/heatkiller blocks I don't see why it wouldn't fit with a 470.

Hmm you might be right lol the gtx 470 height dimension is 4.376 where as the gtx 295 is 4.4 hmmm did you have much room after in between? Never mind I measured the stock fan which is 33-34mm thick when i thought it was 25mm so yes the side mounted will work i saw on your build you got a rotary fitting I didn't get anything like that so I'll have to see if the hose kinks and if it does I'll get around it somehow. I would suggest investing in some rotaries as I'm pretty sure you'll have trouble with kinks trying to close the panel, they will make life ALOT easier and worth the extra money IMO, you can find them at www.dazmode.com or get your post count up then post a WTB thread in the B/S section, hopefully someone will have a spare or 2 you can pick up for a good price.
