Flow order does not matter at all. Just create the loop w the easiest bends and shortest amount of tubing possible.

why shortest tube? i thought long tube mean carry more water...

Carrying more water has no benefit. Less tubing = slightly less resistance.

ok i only found 3/8 y barb NCIX.com - Buy Polypropylene Y 3/8IN Barbs - DDPFY3 In Canada. ...

but i change my mind because of lowfat's suggestion about shortest tube is better... if gpu temperature is not too well then i will use y barb...

how about fan flow does it matter up down side ways ?

It does. Either push or pull is better, but I cannot remember which.
