The SE fans are not all that new. I have had my twn Sharkoon Silent eagle fans for over a year now. Six (2000RPM), two (1000RPM), and two (1500RPM/ 92mm) in my TJ07

I don't know how to technically grade fans, but I like these ones. The sound doesn't annoy me what-so-ever, even at high speeds, and they move some good air.
