Never had such a quiet fan at 12V honestly. Noctua P12s are loud in comparison IMO (as I have like 4 of them around)

As in outdoor air? Not sure how wise that is in the summer... Definitely wouldn't want to be using 30-40C air. Winter would obviously be ideal though.

Oh no, I mean air from outside my case completely. My rad won't be taking in air directly from the case.
