I'm not into watercooling yet (except for coolit units) but that is one nice looking reservoir. Looks like the umbrella corporation t-virus canister!

LOL. FrozenQ was calling them a T-Virus reservoir when he started making them, but probably thanks to copyright infringement, they are now called Liquid Fusion. They are very nice though.

Also looks like the ooze canister from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secrets of the Ooze... I think that's what it was called.
The UV Green is a decorative segment?

Yes the water flows outside the double helix. The Fusion Inverse res has the water flowing inside the tubes.

It looks even betetr with light on! Helix become much more intense in colour. Especially on Blue version.

Black caps would be nice for your setup.
