Default need ur suggestion on rad fan

my goal here is to achieve ultra slient water cooling
i have my eye on TFC 480 or 380, seem like quality rad to me
but i am struggling with fan choice
i am thinking between

Noctua NF-S12B FLX
120MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan
600-1200RPM
49.2-100.6M3/H
6.2-18.1DBA

or

Scythe Slip Stream Kaze Jyuni
120MM Fan
800RPM
40.1CFM
10.7DBA

anyone have any experice with either ?
and will the low cfm fan have major draw back on the rad i want to use?
i really want to keep everything quite as possible

thanks in advance

Little more info on the Noctua you are looking at:

Neither. Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15 1850RPM. Best fan for rads ATM, with only Noiseblockers being possibly better.

Or San Ace fans. But yeah, GT1850 are some if the best rad fans out there.

I think you'd have to order from the states for Noiseblockers.

San Aces are great but they are 38mm fans, and you need a great fan controller to avoid having a jet turbine on your rad.

SanAce or Koolance fans would be my choice with fan controller. Low speed fans are all the same IMHO.

Yes, I really like those 25mm versions of San Aces, but I haven't tried them yet. Judging by the weight they should have a solid motor inside.
