Positive. I even see the coolant move in the reservoir, I feel the tubes and I feel it flowing.

I supposed to swirl pretty good inside reservoir at speed 5, not just flow. But if flow is good then it has to be either mount with bad thermal contact or perhaps some crap got inside the block?

Maybe an issue with temp sensor or monitoring program?
What are you using to monitor temps? Try a couple of different programs. Also, how low does your temps fall while idle for a bit?

exactly and the block should not be warm, the water is going down from the block too, I will not be surprise the block have pocket of air inside, this setup is upside down, it should be

The swirl is pretty good in reservoir.

To monitor I use coretemp 0.99.5, OCCT and HWMonitor.

To test cpu - LinX 0.64, OCCT and Prime95 64bit.

Idle temps are 41C
