by moving up the reservoir my temperatures increased by 8C. Good call!

It should make difference at least in terms of proper WC setup. Pump won't suck your coolant, you need (must) gravity to feed it.

then I first set it up it was higher, then once I got rid of the extra air and the loop had enough coolant to circle around I mounted the reservoir to the case a bit lower then the pump.

Recheck mounting. If you have time, take the block apart. There might be blockage. I have not had good experiences with colored coolants

I remounted the cpu block and re-applied thermal paste. The temps are 95C max right now. Yay, let's burn that mother fudger...

vCore +0.19750v

So what exactly is your VCore at right now? My Supreme HF @ 1.38V VCore ran around 75C full load on a triple rad.
