hydryx is EG the diesel is PG both are alcoho based, if in a freezing temp range are you ? if so mix to ambiant low (freezepoint) to protect. (note pre-mix is 50/50 with around -37c freeze point)

other just mix for 7% with distilled water for mixed metals loop, if loop all same just use distilled water with silver coil

The water would not be chilled (ambiant cooling only) But what is silver coil??

You would also have to worry about higher viscosity using automotive Glycol (pump will have to work harder)
