Hi Stoanee, I would love to see how much difference the extra 120mm fan makes. I have never gotten around to getting a 2nd set of 120 clips or duct taping / zip tying a 2nd fan to the Ultima 90. If it gives real world results I might invest the time in doing it myself!

BTW where did you buy the extra clips?

Default Noctua NH-U12F

Personally, I run the Noctua NH-U12F with the NF-S12-1200 Stock Fan and I must say...it's great! VERY QUIET( my case fan's make more noise) and keeps my E6600 very cool: 28C @ 3.0GHz idle and 42C @ 3.0GHz load(2x Prime). I switched from the Zalman 7700 Cu to this one after I accidentally stuck my finger in it and a fan blade snapped off....

Wooooo, I just received my Ninja Scythe today, and it came with a better fan then expected ^^ (I think..? performance wise). Was expecting the 49cfm version of the scythe 120mm fans. But I got the 68.54cfm one Newegg.com - Scythe SY1225SL12M 120mm Case Fan - Retail
