I would go with better/faster fans and fan controller and simply adjust system to my liking and acceptable thermal characteristics.

Take Feser or BlackIce radiator.

Will the 80$ difference between the Feser and Thermochill rads be really worth it?

Thanks for the idea about the fan controller + the fans though. Ill be using:
Scythe Ultra Kaze 120MM High Static Pressure Fan 38MM 3000RPM 133.6CFM 45.9DBA x6 for push/pull with a AeroCool TOUCH-2000 Touchscreen LCD Display 4 Channel Fan Controller

What are you talking about? It is only $20 difference between Pa120.3 and TFC360.

It's definitely worth having smaller chance of cancer.

cancer ? the Lead will not vaporise, a rad inside of a case will not be touch by kids too , lead have to go inside the body to be dangerous, a side Rohs soldering are weaker, and less durable.
