I agree with that... you would need to do a bunch of test with different systems in order to make a good conclusion. I just stick to the text book on this one.

As I understand it, the G1/4 fitting sizes used in most current WC stuff have an external thread diameter of 1/2", which effectively makes it impossible for the inside diameter to match up to 1/2" tubing. That was the reasoning behind Thermochill using the "Who the stocks this" G3/8 thread for their rads.

Yeah, I've got 'em now. Ordered a half a dozen back when the PA120.2 was a sponsored deal, they finally came in a week ago. They were out of stock for the longest time, tho.
