Personally, I don't like the way HK blocks look and much prefer this block.....someone else may not agree but there are two products out there that perform well and look good.

I just want people to be informed about issues with products before they go wasting their money on something that doesn't work.

It's also nice to see someone quoted my post word for word over at another forum.
i know how you feel thats not only they thing copy

The problem has been fixed and Koolance will honor RMA's for people affected.

I also updated the first post to reflect this.

The CPU-360 bottom plate will be diagonally beveled to provide clearance. Below is a picture of this on a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5, now with plenty of space. (Please ignore the "#3", it's just an internal label for one of the samples we tested. The final product would of course be nickel plated.)

This will be CPU-360 "Rev1.1", which we hope to have available in the next 7-10 days. For customers who have or anticipate a conflict, we will handle the issue at no charge through our RMA process. More details on that will be posted to our homepage early next week when we have the actual shipment schedule.

Free RMA and a revised block without issue, Koolance came through in the end.
