thermochill rad g3/8 adaptors?

has anyone ever bought a thermochill rad that uses non-standard g3/8 barbs but forgot that it needed those barbs to begin with once you finally get down to installing it.

heres my question.

me being impatient and not wanting to wait for the barbs to get from the warehouse to ncix and it being a friday means they wont be available till maybe wednesday.

well what im wondering is if anyone knows if you can buy a g3/8th adapter which screws in at a 3/8th size (1/4 standard thread) to the rad,
but lets you then screw in a 1/2 id standard barb into it.
anyone ever heard of this or knows if they exist and where in vancouver bc.
