Watercooling Mock-up for build

Hey guys, I am having a little trouble sorting out exactly how i want to set my rig up. I have made a crappy mock in Paint and a list of fittings I think I will buy. all are compression and 1\2 tubing. First an image of the interior. I already have the rads in place and my second pump is on its way. I already have all the blocks as well.


And this is the image of the mock-up. even color coded. red is the CPU loop and black is the GPU loop. The fitting list is as follows.
Pumps:

2 Right angle
2 Straight

Rad 1:
2 Straight

Rad 2:
2 Straight

CPU:
2 Rotary

Res 2:
1 rotary
1 straight

Res 1:
1 straight
1 right angle

GPU:
4 extenders
4 right angle


So. my question and or query. Do you think the fittings will work well like this? can I improve this without loosing the dual loop? and will the extenders attached to the right angle fittings work for the SLI solution?

I am planning on using 2 280's with D-Tek Fuzion GFX2's and the CI7 on a Apogee GTZ.

Res 1 can't empty into the gpu blocks, it has to go to the pump first. Only problem I see.

put maybe some T in so it is esier to drain system. some T are made with tempature sensor to monitor temps.

AH! so it does. i will have to reverse the flow. as for the T-fitting, I forgot about them. will have to buy em.

loose the right angle fittings they kill flow go with 45's

IMHO use 2 "Y" fittings on the SLI set-up going parrelle

Ok, and "y" fittings? in what way exactly?

He's suggesting splitting the flow between the cards, rather than flowing through one card then the other.

Ah. I'm trying to figure out how that would work in my head. and i'm having problems considering the flow. how well would that work?

I will not do that, if for what ever reason, water start to flow more i one card than the other, you are dead .

Thats why I automatically did the card to card loop, not splitting it. But if there is a benefit to it, I will consider. altho. the cards are being cooled by a big rad so.
