Bingo. There's been people do it successfully, but I consider the risk to outweigh the reward myself. The reason for doing it is that your 2nd card will be higher temps than the 1st card if you plumb them in series, but should be equal if plumbed in parallel. Personally, my CPU OC is more important to me than maxing my GPU OC.

I wonder if singe res can be used for dual loop.

A single? I'm not sure. Altho, it wouldn't be a dual loop at that pont, they would be connected.. And I'm not sure if the pimps would like that ether...

Dude your using the res wrong. You have to go res>pump. The res is not going to push water into the rad. Why don't you get 2 ddc355 w/ xspc res tops to save on space and mount them where you were going to put your pump.

Well, unfortunately, I have no room in any drive bays for that dual res, and i'm not buying another 2 pumps. I am going to have to make due with what I got. my second loop I can always redo. Is it the GPU loop that is wrong? or both of them?

Your GPU loop is fine, just reverse the flow like discussed in post #4. Water flowing from the res to the pump.
