Default HAF 932 Water Cooling

Hello Guys,

I need some help in deciding where to place parts for water cooling.

Case: HAF 932
Gear: MCP 655, Swiftech Res rev 2, apogee gtz, ek fc4870, Swiftech triple rad.

I first decided to put the pump at the usual place outside the HDD cage, but as you can see because of my big power supply, it's gonna be a right fit.. I would really like to use stock parts, and not buy those UN designs 360 degree pump brackets..

Rad is going up top. Thanks..

My System Specs

Default

Here is my setup:

Not mounted on the bottom of the cage, but attached to the cage. It is elevated high enough that the cables can go just beneath the pump. kruzn4evr set this up, with a bay res.

Here is another one I setup, with the pump still mounted on the HDD cage, but closer to the bottom with a tube style res directly above the pump:

If you look in the above picture, there is space below the hard drive for a pump. The tubing I had was a little too thick for me to install the pump there, but if I had 3/8 tubing, or a Dremel, you can see that I could have fit the pump under there. (although I see a plethora of hdds in your rig....)

Thanks guys

So far, the tube from the res to vid card will be changed. Still deciding on what to do.. I'm thinking of moving the tube from the pump to the res on the primary position with a 90 degree fitting, so that I can use the the bottom for draining if need be. Still unsure..

How's it look:

First of all you can move rad to the left (end of the case), put DVD in bottom slot, pump on it and res on mobo tray next to memory... V-card both fittings upwards.

Ok I made use of both 90 degree fittings I have, and came up with this, let me know guys if the loop config is fine.. Unfortunately I might have to leave like this, I don't have much time, only a few hours..

Thanks..

Will work, although I'm not sure why you need 90 degree on the bottom of res. Also longer run between vcard and res could be less tight.

I know it sounds odd but as I said, I'm gonna be attaching another tube at the bottom port with a fill port on it (coz I don't have a tube plug) in case I need to drain the loop.. So if I used a regular barb there, the tube would be bending much to cause a kink..
