Bet it is one of the 655 that had the wiring assbackwards, when it is hooked to a molex is it red to red if so thats the problem. Switch the wires to the other side of the molex plug.

Upon further testing I've confirmed its definitely the rad and not any of the connections. Craaaaaaaap. Time to hit up the BST again, hopefully I'll get something that works this time....

Canadian tire/ Home depot.

Buy some epoxy
http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/SpecialtyTools/TapeGlueSealants/PRDOVR~0383792P/JB%252BWaterweld.jsp

This stuff is pretty good for leaking radiators. I have a PA120.2 with multiple punctures fixed with it

Solder works too, and it disapates heat better than epoxy However, if it is just a tiny hole, I don't think it will make a difference at all if you use epoxy. If it did, I'd get a new rad.

Is this the first time you used it since you bought it? The day before I took my loop apart to sell it, it was fine. Anyways, lets take this to PM's. Send me a PM, I may work out a refund with you
