Swiftech Storm LGA1366 Hardware?

Hey I have the Swiftech Storm mounted to a evga 680i motherboard... wondering if there is 1366/i7 adapter for this block... also wondering how much better the GTZ or heatkiller is compared to this block... if they are better it might be cheaper to just get a new block. Preferably a store in Canada...

So I found someone that makes 1366 mounting hardware for the storm and its going to cost me just under $20Cdn to get them shipped here with a backplate. Am i better off getting a new block or will i see similar results with the storm?

It is really time to get a new block. The jet impingement design was never meant for a CPU w/ a thick IHS. Going w/ a newer block is going to gain you a serious decrease in temps.

Right on, thanx for the response... i've been a long time reader, but just started posting. Lot of knowlegeable canucks here =) Thanx again.

Another quick question, whats a good place to get sleeving like the one at murdermod website... good quality but different colors, i'm looking for a black sleeving and white sleeving kit for the psu mainly and fans, so the small stuff. I don't want to start a new thread for this but maybe someone will read it and can aswer me... k back to work.

It is pricey though. But it is the only place to buy high quality sleeving.

Thanks, exactly what i was looking for... kinda is expensive but minor compaired to total system costs.
