my Firend is looking for a computer, he is doing alot of multimedia and we found @ 283$ on DC a nice Q6600 so we decide to build the system around that cpu

no OC are planned everything will run stock.

my question is for 21$ its a %??*$&* deal so can the Arctic Cooling freezer 7 pro is enought to cool that powerfull cpu???

if no what cpu HSF you recommend me to stay on my budget (25-30$ max for HSF)
