I read that the 355 is kind of loud that is why I wanted the 350 is this true.

cool thanks... i didn't realize they ran that hot. I noticed the link to the glycol liquid you were gonna use... let me be the 1st to tell you sir. You can buy that stuff from any automotive shop for around 10 bux. It's pre mixed antifreeze and I use it in my loop.

Thanks for letting me know I doubt I need antifreeze though it never gets anywhere close to freezing here especially in my house.

Any pump sitting, or attached directly to metal will make vibration noise.

It's not loud if you isolate the vibration. I usually stick little round fluff pads that can be had at Home Depot at the base of my pump (if you lay it flat at the bottom of your case, of course). Makes it silent.

I was going to use this plate to mount it in a hdd slot Newegg.com - StarTech BRACKET25 Adapter Kit to Mount 2.5" HDD in 3.5" Drive Bay - Case Accessories and also the tubing I put up a link for a few posts back says compression fitings wont work with it. Is that true and why not? Thank you.

Are you using IDE laptop hard drive?

I am not going to mount a hard drive in ther my pump is going to go in there.
