Optimized foerr low-speed fans doesn't automatically mean they're going to suck at higher speeds, and there's more to performance than just FPI. Quite a few rads these days have very good cooling curves across the board - the BIX makes them look poor at higher speeds, simply because it's so blatantly optimized for the high-speed fans.

At any rate, I second what's already been said - throw everything in one loop. A pair of MCR320's w/ medium speed YL's will handle an i7+GPU's without any trouble.

Why I'm the only one to believe in dual loop ?

When you actually crunch the numbers, the benefits (if any) are far smaller than many people realize. Generally speaking, the only time that a dual-loop setup is beneficial is when you're deliberately trying to focus more cooling on one component at the expense of another. Otherwise, a single-loop (with the same components) provides maximum cooling ability towards whatever component is under load, and gives up virtually nothing if everything is under load at the same time. And of course, it's simpler to route one loop than two.

I didn't mean the tfc sucked with high speed fans just there are better choices. Now I probably would go with two loops eventually but not for a while since I gotta stop buying things :D I probably won't even get a gpu block for a while so it would be an i7 only loop for a few months. So should I hold off on the mcr 320 till then or would I see any better temps
with 2 mcrs in one i7 loop

As I said before no need for 2 rads with only a cpu.... what ever rad you will put in the system , you will reach the limit of WC , room temp is your worst ennemy , invest in a phase system if your ultime goal is get the temp down..
