Looking for good Fan Controler/Ti for 5.25" bay

My piece of crap Thermaltake doesn't controll the fans any longer, not sure it ever did lol

Sooo I'm looking for a new controller/indicator?

Must's
Black face plate, clean look.
Control at least 4 fans with a min. of 20watts a channel
Indicate at least 4 Ti's
Purchase in Canada

The more it can control the better and I'd even contemplate spending some cash to get a high end one that comes recommended by an end user. Something that logs temps. and has a PC software interface.

O.K then does anyone run the Koolance board that interfaces to the PC so one can control and monitor every via the PC? The only thing I don't like about it that it doesn't handle many devices without the daughter board, which becomes very expensive.
