Supreme LT AMD edition for CPU, Swiftech or EK reservoir.

You also need bunch of barbs or fittings. Should be well under $400

2 burbs for block, 2 barbs for radiator, two barbs for reservoir. Pump has bild in 1/2" barbs, so you have to stick to this size.

So bare minimum 6 fittings. My recommendation would be 4 strength and 2 45 degree angled.

Swiftech barbs longer then TFC barbs, but you can have 10 of TFC for the price of 4 Swiftech.

I personally use compression fittings, because I'm lazy to deal with barbs.

Swiftech MCP 655-B Water Pump
WIthout modification 655 pumps take 1/2" tube, like this:

Feser Tube UV Hose - 1/2" ID - 3/4" OD - BLUE (1')

There is no answer on this one. The faster fans - the better performance, how much your ears can take? Having said that Feser benefits better from medium and fast fans.
